My BOUNDARIES REIMAGINED collection was influenced by the vibrant florals of Georgia O’Keeffe and hard-edged abstractionists like Rita Letendre. The source flower images came from gardens in my North Toronto neighbourhood. Using photo software (nope, not AI, just me experimenting at my computer!), I played around with the original flower photographs until they blossomed into big, bold abstract interpretations. Each piece is named for the plant it interprets; the colour palette remains through its transformation. Each design is unique (even I cannot replicate them!). The colours and designs work well together because nobody says to Mother Nature, “You can’t put all those colours and shapes together in one garden!” These energetic, vibrant images fill your space with a playful and joyous exuberance. The collection features 2 sizes: 18x36, or 24x24 (bespoke sizes can be explored). Those can be mixed and matched very effectively. Build a bouquet on your walls; bring the outside inside with these everlasting organic abstracts.
